How long will it take to get my order:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days. We will then ship your order via your selected shipping method. 

Transit Time:

Canada Standard: 3-9 business days

USA Standard: 5-8 business days

Where do you ship ?

We offer worldwide shipping!

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Where can I see my tracking number?

Please note that tracking numbers are only available for express shipping selected at checkout and are not provided for standard shipping orders.

If you do choose the option to get a tracking number, it will be included in your confirmation email.

What carrier do you use?

Standard shipments are shipped via Canada Post lettermail service.

Express shipments are shipped via either Canada Post, Purolator, or Fedex, depending on your location.

My order was shipped but I never got it. What shoud I do?

Generally, our products are delivered to your mailbox, not your doorstep. Don't forget to check your mailbox! Also, ensure that your address in the email confirmation is accurate. In some cases, the shipping carrier may be facing unexpected delays. If this happens, please reach out to us.

Can I come pick up my order?

We do not offer the option to pick-up your order at our warehouse.

What if i want my order to be gifted?

No problem! Simply write a note with your order we'll take care of the rest. ;)
