When will my order be posted?
Your order will be dispatched from Montreal, Canada within 2-3 business days.
Who designs your wallets?
Emilie, the owner, personally designs every Olki Wallet—each one exclusively created for our brand.
Can I change my order?
As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we are not able to make any changes or cancel orders. However, depending on the situation you can send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
How can I track my order?
Please note that tracking numbers are only available for express shipping selected at checkout and are not provided for standard shipping orders.
If you do choose the option to get a tracking number, it will be included in your confirmation email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are shipped through Canada Post Lettermail. Delivery typically takes 3–9 business days. As this is a mailbox service, your order will be delivered to your mailbox, not your door.
My order was shipped but I never got it. What should I do?
Generally, our products are delivered to your mailbox, not your doorstep. Don't forget to check your mailbox! Also, ensure that your address in the email confirmation is accurate. In some cases, the shipping carrier may be facing unexpected delays. If this happens, please reach out to us.

Where are the wallets made?
Our products are made in China at a factory that has passed an independent BSCI audit and holds ISO certifications, including ISO 9001.
- BSCI audit – ensures fair working conditions, ethical business practices, and protection of workers’ rights.
- ISO 9001 – confirms the factory maintains a high-quality management system to consistently produce reliable products.
Workers are paid fairly, and child or forced labor is not permitted. The factory also follows strong health and safety practices to protect everyone on site.
What materials are used to make the wallets?
All our products are made from PU leather, a type of synthetic leather created using recycled leather scraps. It is entirely cruelty-free and contains no animal leather.
How is your brand environmentally friendly?
We aim to create products that last and we do not promote overconsumption. We use PU leather in our products, a more environmentally friendly material made from recycled leather scraps instead of animal leather.
Our packaging is now fully recyclable, and we’re constantly working to reduce our environmental impact.
Return questions
What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?
Please email us with your order number and the product name, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. For a faulty item, we request that you also include a photo of the default. Check out our refund policy for more.
